URBAN CONSTRUCTION LTD - Hullbridge BASED BUILDERS

“Removal of Ground Floor House Corner for Open Plan Ext Andy from urban visited a couple of times before the job - polite, efficient and on time. We agreed a strategy for removing the old corner of the house and to install a supporting pole with cantilevered RSJs across the top. First day they were due on the job they were on time and covered everything up including sheeting across existing glass panels and mats across the floor and bifold door bars. All 4 of the guys working on the job were friendly and committed to the job. It wasn't long before the job was taking shape and at the end of each day Andy let me know what to expect the following day. Once the bulk of the job was done and after a couple of days settling, they returned to tidy up and fix a couple of snags. The front driveway is even tidier than when they started! Would thoroughly recommend Andy and his team. Very happy with the job.”

“Rear Extension From first meeting Andy I got a good feeling, turned up when he said he would to view the job, provided an estimate very quickly too, based on the initial drawings. Once the final quote was agreed, (after structural calculations) other than additional works that were required (outside of Andy’s control) there was no overrun at all. All this during a time of hugely increasing prices. Throughout the build they used good quality materials and didn’t try to reduce his costs, right down to the paint upon decoration. Offered help and advice on other parts of the build that I was taking on myself, and we are very happy with the finished extension. There was an overrun on proposed completion date, but Andy tried to keep me updated throughout, I also have no concern should I ever need to call Andy back for any issues, but don’t expect that to be needed. Thanks Andy and team.”

“Could not be happier with the work Andy did. With expert knowledge in his field, the worktop was fitted perfectly and at a very good price. Andy is friendly but professional and was respectful of property, tidying as he went. Even when we had a problem with our own supplier, he went out of his way to help; calling all his contacts to source the parts we were missing. Would 100% recommend and was glad to have find such a trustworthy and competent builder. Above and beyond.”

" It is amazing to work with urban team. Had few issues due to new building regs. However Andrew dealt with the requirements very professionally and his knowledge is quite sound on the new regs. It’s a staged project and till now everything is amazing and looked as he promised. "
